Graham Jones
Non-Executive Chairman
Graham has almost fifty years experience as a commercial property consultant, during which time he founded and ran one of the largest Chartered Surveyors in East Yorkshire. He has acted as a valuer for many Institutions as well as actively managing and building property portfolios for quoted and unquoted companies.
In addition Graham was chairman for over twenty years of the Hull & District British Heart Foundation, and is also a Founding Trustee of the Moghissi Laser Trust - a specialist medical research foundation. Finally, Graham has been on the board of two Aquis listed companies where he Assisted in their restructuring.
Graham's commercial and board level experience will be invaluable to the company as it grows.
Mark Jackson
Executive Finance Director
Mark is a Chartered Accountant who has been running his accountancy practice in Hull for over twenty years, which provides accounts, audit and taxation services to clients.
Mark has also been on the board of three Aquis listed companies in which he was instrumental in their reorganisation and restructuring.
Mark obtained an MBA, in addition to his accountancy qualification, in 1994. Mark's experience and contacts in the small cap market, his financial training and entrepreneurial drive will be well used in the development of the company.
Dr Michael Seeger

Executive Operations Director
Michael (Mike) Seeger is a qualified mining engineer with +25 years' experience in mining finance, mine development, and mining operations in base metals, precious metals energy minerals, and industrial minerals.
He started his career with Iscor Mining in titanium, iron ore, coal mining operations and mine development and part of the team that developed the titanium mining and smelting business of Iscor Heavy Minerals, now owned by Tronox. He has worked and consulted for in major gold and metals mining companies in Africa, South America, North America and Europe, including Newmont, Anglogold Ashanti, Valco Aluminum and RAG.
A Co-founder of ASX listed Universal Coal and established a large opencast mining contracting company at Anglo American for 6 years.
He is the founder of MX Mining Capital Advisors, which advises mining companies, mine developers and mining investor in across the globe on financing of mining projects, with a focus on strategic metals. Mike is responsible for the development and financing strategy of the metals project portfolio of African Strategic Metals PLC.
